Sokil Advisory LLC ("we", "us") runs this website. We keep it simple: the site doesn't use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party marketing tools, and we never sell personal information.
What we collect
- When you email us at hello@sokiladvisory.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you book a call or an on-site visit, the booking page is run by Microsoft Bookings. It collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, company and notes) so we can schedule and confirm the appointment. Microsoft processes this information under its own privacy statement.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visitor numbers. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect it.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, schedule and hold the conversations you ask for, and provide any services we agree on. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to work with you and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sokiladvisory.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Client systems and data
When we work inside a client's systems, we handle that client's data under the terms of our agreement with them, and only as needed to do the work.
